AdBlue equipment is not standard fuel equipment
AdBlue is chemically different from diesel and requires compatible materials. Pumps, meters, hoses, nozzles and seals must be selected for urea solution, otherwise crystallization, leaks and premature failures can appear.
Common installation options
Equipment can be configured for drums, IBC containers, storage tanks or fixed dispensing points. The right setup depends on flow rate, vehicle type, daily consumption, ambient temperature, power availability and whether metering or user control is required.
Selection criteria
Before ordering, it is useful to clarify the container type, required flow, hose length, nozzle style, meter requirement, installation indoors or outdoors and expected duty cycle. This prevents undersized systems and unnecessary component replacements.
